The Governor of Delaware has signed a bill that Makes it a Felony to be a member of a gang.What is a gang? we will update this as soon as we get more information.We dont know what criteria needs to be met to be considered a gang.Who has the Authority to Determine what a gang is?

Long Title: AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 11 OF THE DELAWARE CODE WITH RESPECT TO PARTICIPATION IN VIOLENT GANGS.
Synopsis: This Bill creates a new Class F felony for active participation in a violent street gang, when that participation assists the gang in furthering activity which would constitute a felony under Delaware law. It also creates sentencing enhancements for other felonies committed in the course of active gang participation.
