The Delaware Confederation of Clubs was established in the fall of 2000, to promote a coming together of clubs throughout the state.

The COC has two main goals:

1)To bring patch holders together through better communications between clubs.

2)To fight police harassment and Discrimination.

A.To work with State MRO'S on legislative matters.

B.To work with NCOM on national and federal matters.

C.Support the efforts of AIM by introducing

the AIM numbered card & program info.
